EXCHANGE & RETURN
You always have 30 days to decide whether to keep your purchase, from the day you receive your package. The products must be unused and returned in their original condition and original packaging, with labels and tags still attached. If possible, reuse the bag in which your goods were delivered. Affix the enclosed return label and hand in you package at the nearest Schenker agent.
Remember to save your return receipt from Schenker. It can take up to 14 days from when you leave your return at the delivery point until your money is refunded. Please contact us if you want to make a return from Denmark or Finland, and we will assist with a return label.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
The same right of return applies to all products purchased from us, including sale items.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange one item for another item or size, please return the item to us and place a new order.
RETURN COSTS
All returns are free of charge, when using the enclosed return label.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made using the same type of payment that you used for your purchase. It can take up to 14 days from when you leave your return at a Schenker delivery point for the funds to show in your account.
Klarna: Klarna will correct your payment within 1-5 banking days (once we have handled your return). Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for sending your payment in time to Klarna. If you have returned a purchase to us, you can simply register this or pause your payment with Klarna. For further information, contact Klarna’s customer service.
CLAIMS
Contact us as soon as possible at order@nierenburg.se if you are unlucky and receive a faulty product. Provide a description and preferably a photo showing the fault or damage. If possible, reuse the bag in which your goods were delivered. Affix the enclosed return label on the package and hand in your package to the nearest Schenker delivery point. Remember to keep your return receipt from Schenker.
